When the ODMF was established one of its major goals was to educate officers on how to organize their personal and financial information.  The ODMF has completed a comprehensive Personal Information Packet that encompasses all aspects of an officer’s personal and financial information.

This packet is not intended to take the place of a will, but merely serves as a partner in organizing and describing personal information.

The last page is intended to go to your immediate supervisor.  After speaking with a variety of agencies it was determined the information on this page could be of great importance during a critical incident. The final page of the packet contains information regarding your contact person and a person you have chosen at your department that you wish to contact your family/friends.

Please download this packet and complete it. Ask your supervisor to place the last page in your personal folder in their office.  The ODMF is in the process of contacting law enforcement departments across North Carolina in an effort to educate and provide organization tools.
